    I started juicing every morning the beginning of this year and I can honestly say that my skin has never looked better!  I always get a boost of energy and feel ready to start my day! Not to mention the huge amount of nutrients, vitamins, minerals and live enzymes that I am getting for the day. Similar to the live enzymes that are in our DMK enzyme treatments which help to reverse the signs of aging.  Juicing can also help with digestion, inflammation, vision, immune system, skin vibrancy, cholesterol, fighting free radicals, metabolism, healthy heart and the list goes on…When I miss a few days I can really see and feel the difference.

       #1…One thing that I have noticed since moving to the “big city” is how dirty my hands feel throughout the day. On and off  subway trains, shopping and walking all over the city while constantly using my GPS on my phone to find my way.  Next thing I know I answer my phone…GROSS!! Our phones are huge carriers of bacteria and who knows what else?  This bacteria can definitely contribute to acne and congestion close to the ear area as well as around the corners of your mouth & chin which can be very common area for people to break out.
